What makes SJWellness Coaching different?

Not only have I helped and transformed 100’s of women's lives, I have also been through it myself.

I have been overweight, underweight, battled with disordered eating and had an unhealthy relationship with exercise, stuck in an all or nothing mindset and yo-yo dieting.

So when I tell you I understand, I really do. All of these life experiences has given my coaching a personal touch.

In SJWellness Coaching, we understand that there is a lot more than the physical work that goes into transforming your life. This is why we also work on improving all other areas to support your health and fitness journey and to help you progress. (lifestyle, stressors, mindset, menstrual cycle & other areas that can have an affect on your health and fitness behind the scenes).

I have a busy life, will this work for me?

Your programme and plan will be designed and personalised to you and your lifestyle. This will be structured to fit into your life, rather than fitting your life around your programme.

Do I have to have a gym membership?

No you don't have to. You can train at home or outside if you prefer. However, this would be goal dependent so we would need to discuss this on your call.

Can I sign up for just 1 month of coaching?

I work with a minimum of 3 months, simply because real, lasting change takes time and 1 month is not enough time to build solid habits or see and feel lasting results. In my coaching we do not focus on quick fixes. I help you get results and learn how to maintain them for life.

When will I see results?

You may start noticing physical changes within the first few weeks, but many women begin to feel the mental and emotional benefits even sooner! Remember, this will also come down to how much you put into it. The more you put into the process, the more you’ll get out of it.
