I spent years stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle.
Either I was restricting everything, training like mad, and obsessing over every bite…Or I was “off track” and bingeing, skipping the gym, and feeling like a failure.Id do hours of cardio till burnout, scared to lift weights, tried every fad diet under the sun and lacked confidence in myself and the gym.
And no matter how hard I tried, I still wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I felt low in energy, unhappy in my body, and constantly frustrated - like nothing ever stuck.
But I realised I didn’t need more discipline - I needed direction. So I reached out for help. I worked with a coach, invested time into learning how to fuel my body, train in a way that actually worked for me, and still enjoy my life in the process.
And It changed everything!
I finally felt strong. Energised. Free from the constant food noise in my head.
I realised I didn’t have to give up my favourite foods, avoid social events, or burn out in the gym to feel good in my body. And once I experienced that for myself, I knew I had to help other women do the same.
That’s why I became a coach.
For over 5 years now, I’ve been helping women move away from extremes and find a healthier, happier, more sustainable way of living.
I offer both 1:1 PT and online coaching, and I’ve built a supportive, safe space for women and a real-life community.
My mission is simple:
To empower women to feel confident, strong, and healthy - without sacrificing their life to get there.
